In this robust role, I successfully juggled multiple projects and budgets, and coordinated day-of event participation, and supervised interns and volunteers throughout the year.

In my first stint out on my own, I orchestrated Strathmore's successful virtual “Step Up” program for two middle school step teams, culminating in its first virtual step showcase. I also served as backstage show runner/ manager for Strathmore’s yearly “Blues 101” blues show. I helped in ensuring a memorable experience for all Montgomery County fifth graders in the 1976-seat concert hall.

I also had the opportunity to collaborate with diverse clients to design flyers for various occasions, including baby showers, gender reveals, children birthday partied, and small businesses. Engaging with local small businesses, I provided consultations to develop effective social media strategies.
For my personal YouTube channel, I conceptualize, capture, and edit photo and video content, along with accompanying copy, using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.

Strathmore is where my passion for community and the arts blossomed, gaining me invaluable experience.
